New Single Family Housing Operative Builder - Negotiated land acquisition and construction to permanent financing with Sun Trust Bank. Designed, Constructed and Maintained speculative homes in price range of $1,600,000 to $2,000,000. In Bethesda, MD and Arlington, VA.
Martin Luther King Library – Teamed with local architects to provide conceptual designs for the preservation and renovation of the MLK Library in Washington, DC into a state-of-the-art regional library. Through our efforts, the modern masterpiece designed by Mies Van Der Rohe was saved from demolition in 2001.
Recreational Facilities – Provided architectural and interior designs for nearly 20 Holiday Health and Fitness Clubs in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Office Warehouse Complexes – Assisted in the preparation of master planning and construction documents for phases one and two of office warehouse complexes in the WhiteMarsh MD & I – 95 corridor.
